mapenzi beach club perfectly blends in the natural environment of the surrounding landscape covering an area of 4 hectares blessed with a long white sand beach and a tropical garden of palms and colourful bougainvillea. Built in traditional Zanzibari style, with a huge thatched makuti (palm-thatch) roof and coral walls, mapenzi beach club is quite an impressive sight when you enter for the first time. The gardens are lush, full of tall palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea. the rooms are very comfortable and the food is absolutely fantastic.

Tropical hot and humid with an average temperature of 20ºc. rainy month is april and may. July to October has an average temperature is 25ºc and the humidity is low with cool nights. november to march have short rains and is very hot and humid.
